Demolition Services Tailored To Your Needs
All demolition jobs are not created equally. Smaller structures, like houses and one to three storey buildings, require a fairly simple and cost-effective process. Sometimes, these structures can be pulled down manually. Certain factors, such as location and materials, may require the use of mechanical demolition equipment. In this case, the GRANDVIEW DEMOLITION CREW will use hydraulic equipment such as cranes, excavators, bulldozers and elevated work platforms.
In some cases, such as solid masonry structures, a wrecking ball may be required. This heavy weight is supported by a crane, and swings into the side of the structure. Wrecking balls are more difficult to control and can be less efficient than other methods. For this reason, GRANDVIEW prefers to use silenced rock-breakers attached to excavators. This equipment is more efficient at cutting and breaking through all types of materials including wood, steel and concrete.
