Interior Stripping

An interior strip-out generally involves the removal of all or selected interior surfaces, while the structure stays intact.

Most interior stripping projects will involve the careful removal of flooring and sub floors, ceilings and non-load bearing walls as required. We will oversee the removal of all necessary mechanical and electrical systems including cables, lighting and HVAC systems. In our effort to reduce our impact on the environment, we will promote landfill diversion by ensuring that materials are reused or recycled whenever possible.

This type of project will usually involve a complete gutting of selected rooms or an entire building. In cases of a major renovation or expansion, we may leave only the main structural components including load-bearing walls, roof, concrete floors and exterior walls intact. If your project involves a change in roof elevation, addition or restructure to accommodate utility services, then complete sections of concrete floors, exterior walls and roofs may be removed.
